How does it work?

Our courses provide an introduction to your new career by detailing the requirements and responsibilities as well as the administrative and legislative frameworks that impact upon your role and work environment.

Some of the courses offered online have a 1-2 day face to face component. This may include role plays, scenarios, case studies and practicals. Face to face component will take place at a venue convenient to both trainer and student and details of the exact dates and location will be posted prior to the course end date.
